The Asus PadFone, Transformer Pad 700 and Pad 300 have all been priced for Europe, although UK prices are yet to be confirmed

Asus has revealed the prices of the PadFone, Transformer Pad 700 and Transformer Pad 300 for Europe.

The PadFone will be launched in Italy at the end of May and wil cost €699 (£580) with the Padfone Station. The keyboard dock will cost an additional €149 (£125), according to PocketNow.

The Transformer Pad Infinity 700 will launch on June 10 and wil cost €600 for the 64GB Wi-Fi only version. That's about £495 in sterling.

Asus' Transformer Pad 300 will arrive mid-May and will be the cheapest in the line up, costing €400 (£300) if you opt for the Wi-Fi only version, or €500 (£415) if you want 3G too.

Preorders for the Padfone have already opened in Taiwan, but any European availability has been under wraps until now.

We had a look at the Padfone at its launch at Mobile World Congress and noted, 'The Padfone’s 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display is detailed, bright and responsive. Flicking through homescreens was a breeze and we didn’t see any real indication of lag, despite the handset not yet running finalised firmware.'

Take a look at how the Transformer Pad Infinity 700 stacks up against the new iPad 3 in our comparison.
