The Apple iPhone 5 could include an OLED touchscreen if patents leaked online are true.
Patently Apple revealed the low power screens could be used in the place of LCD screens in the next device.
The patents detail touchscreen layers with OLED displays integrated.
The tech could be used in a range of devices including iPads, iPhones and portable gaming devices, although Apple has apparently confirmed the image released with the details is of a smartphone or tablet.
