The release of Windows Phone 7 is still a few weeks away, but that hasn’t stopped two games and a Carrier’s store from appearing on the Windows Phone 7 marketplace.
According to pocketnow, Hexic, an addictive puzzle game found preloaded on Xbox 360 consoles, can be downloaded if you are on the lucky select few who have the prototype device. The other game is Flowerz.
Both are Xbox Live compatible, which means completing challenges in either game will reward you with points towards your gamer score.
The other change to the market place comes in the form of a logo for the American communications giant, AT&T. Written as “AT&T AppCentre”, this new icon indicates the app stall for the company.
We hope all developers and companies will end up with a nice, neat logo for ease of use. Android suffers because many developers choose to market games in their own way, which can provide headaches for the consumer.
Windows Phone 7’s release date is likely to be officially announced on October 11, as the software giant has told Know Your Mobile to “Save the date” and invited us to an event.
