Three’s UK summer road map has leaked online and features, among other big names, the Sony Ericsson Arc, Samsung Galaxy S II Mini and the BlackBerry PlayBook.
The leak reveals that Three has a pretty busy coupe of months coming up. Starting in April, we’ll see a plethora of handsets from a variety of top manufacturers hit the market.
Specs wise, the Galaxy S II Mini doesn’t scrimp on spec and will feature a 3.7-inch WVGA screen, 1.4GHz processor, 21Mbps HSDPA radio, 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing camera, Wi-Fi b/g/n with hotspot capabilities, and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
Come May, we’ll see Three unleash the HTC Flyer tablet, HTC Wildfire S, Nokia E7, and Samsung Galaxy S II.
In June it’s time for the Nokia X7, HTC ChaCha, LG Optimus 3D, and the Wi-Fi only BlackBerry PlayBook.
In addition to this, the PlayBook is now available for pre-order from BestBuy in the US and Canada, so if you can’t wait until June for its UK release and don’t mind coughing up for shipping, head over to BestBuy now.
We’ve been waiting for a long time for these handsets – and tablets – to hit the market, and it’s with a sigh of relief that we can now all rest assured as they are all confirmed to be hitting the UK.
What’s more, Three is one of our new favourite networks on account of its ultra-competitive and well-priced data packages and tariffs.
So if you’re on Three and are due an upgrade in the summer you’re literally going to be spoilt for choice.
Needless to say, there’s even more reason to look forward to the summer now.
