The Motorola Atrix is due to land in the UK in the next five days, according to the manufacturer’s website.
The Motorola website lists a whole range of Atrix accessories as coming in the next five days and presumably, you’ll need an Atrix to use them.
Included on the web page is the Motorola Atrix HD Multimedia dock for £75.99 (due to ship in five days), the Desk Dock for £32.99 (available in eight days), the Vehicle Dock for £39.99 (also shipping in eight days) and the Wireless Keyboard for 59.99 shipping in less than five days.
One accessory you’ll have to wait a little longer for is the Laptop dock that won’t ship for another three weeks and is priced at £349.99 (April 13).
The most interesting of all these accessories is the laptop dock that allows you to plug in your Motorola Atrix and use the webtop application as a laptop.
The last we heard of the Motorola Atrix coming to the UK, T-Mobile announced it would be coming in June.
The Motorola Atrix has already been listed on Expansys for £474.99 SIM free, although was pulled shortly after it went up for sale.
The Motorola Atrix features a1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, two cameras and a stunning 4-inch screen.
When we had a hands on of the Motorola Atrix, we said:
“Motorola has been thinking big with the Atrix and when you consider that the device has a dual-core NVIDIA TEGRA 2 chipset in it, 1GB of RAM and up to 48GB of storage, via its internals and MicroSD card slot, you’ll understand what we’re saying.
“Booting up applications, switching between tasks and generally doing anything on the device was lightening fast – although this wasn’t that much of a surprise. The Atrix does, after all, have a powerful dual-core processor at its heart. But this was the first time we’ve seen one in action, so we’re allowed to get a little bit excited.”
