If you head on over to the Ovi Store on your Symbian^3 Nokia N8 you can get Angry Birds, as Rovio Mobile has just announced it is now available for the platform via Twitter.
The tweet reads, “Angry Birds now available for Symbian^3 devices – open up Ovi Store on your N8 to get it! Official press release and more details out soon!”
We knew it was flying its way over, and now it is here, bringing its charming physics-based gameplay to Symbian^3 users.
If you haven’t sampled the addictive premise of slinging flightless birds towards constructions made of stone, glass and wood, you probably should.
‘The Symbian^3 version includes 105 levels packed with hours and hours of gameplay, with free updates and more levels lined up for the future’, Rovio Mobile has said on its website.
On a related note, downloads of the non-beta version of Angry Birds is now over two million, half of that achieved on its day of launch as we reported.
This brings the grand total to over 18 million downloads, which really does show the sky is, quite literally, the limit if you create a good game.
