The dust had barely settled from its debut and now we’ve heard that the Samsung Jet will first arrive on Vodafone.
Quite unlike the more high profile launches of the Pre and iPhone 3G S it was only Monday that Samsung officially announced this 3.1-inch AM-OLED touchscreen handset and today it can be yours, as long as you’re willing to sign on the dotted line.
If you’re looking to keep the commitment to a minimum there’s a 12-month option that will set you back £40 per month, which might be considered a little pricey for a phone that lacks full smartphone status.
Those who are a little less contract phobic, have a choice of 18 or 24 month terms on which the Jet is free and comes with a monthly cost starting from £20-£25.
If you missed our coverage yesterday, the Jet comes with a 3.1-inch OLED touchscreen display, 5-megapixel camera, GPS, HSDPA and Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on an in-house OS.
Customers of other networks may have to wait up to two weeks before they manage to get their hands on the Jet.
