We’ve already reported that word on the street for Samsung’s 2018 re-boot of the Galaxy A-series will see the top-tier model, the Galaxy A7, re-branded as the Galaxy A8, but a fresh boat-load of leaks now reveals a lot more details, including a Galaxy A8+ model.
First up, the Galaxy A8+ has appeared in a video hands-on uploaded to Youtube, with three minutes of footage showing the handset quite clearly from a variety of angles, as well as showcasing some features. The video also comes with a full set of specs:

- 16MP Primary Camera, f/1.7 aperture, OIS (optical stabilisation)
- Dual-Sensor 8MP+16MP Front-Facing Camera
- Samsung Exynos 7885 Octa-Core CPU 2.2GHz
- 6GB RAM
- 64GB Storage
- MicroSD Up To256GB
- 3,500mAh Battery

The source also says the phone will be released by the end of December with an RRP of $600, both bits of information we find somewhat unlikely, but make of it what you will.

Next, the user manual has leaked for the Galaxy A8, with the tip off for the leak also saying the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8+ may launch inside the closing weeks of 2017; they also add that the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 will be saved for inside 2018.

As you can see from the screenshot, the manual shows the features and design elements in some detail. You can see the full manual by downloading it in PDF format here.
