Samsung’s second-generation Corby feature phone – the Samsung Corby II – is reported to be getting a release date in April.
The Corby II, as you might expect, isn’t designed to give the likes of the iPhone 4, HTC Incredible S or Samsung Galaxy S II any trouble. Instead, it’s geared towards users that want a more traditional and cost effective mobile device.
Specs wise, the Corby II features a 3.14-inch capacitive touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, a 2-megapixel camera, FM Radio, media player and will shoot video at 15 fps at a pixel resolution of 320×240 pixels.
There’s also microSD support up to 16GB and the device’s dimensions are as follows: 110x61x12mm and it weighs 102g.
The Samsung Corby II, which will come in a range of ‘fun’ colours, is poised to get an April release date and should cost in the region of €165.
