HTC unveiled HTCSense.com at the HTC Desire HD announcement and its now up-and-running – just in time for the release of the HTC Desire HD.
HTCSense.com is a web-based service that allows users to store data, back-up their phone and remotely lock it, as well save all its messages, emails and apps.
We really like the sound of it as it adds a whole new level of security and accessibility to the user.
Apparently, though, it’s only available to Desire HD and Desire Z owners at present. Whether or not this will change after its release is unknown at the moment, which is certainly unfortunate for the HTC Desire and Legend users of the world.
Nevertheless, we think this issue can be tackled by a software update and knowing HTC, it’ll probably be rolled out sooner rather than later.
