HTC has issued a statement claiming that it expects forth quarter revenue to more than double from NT$41 billion to NT$100 billion – a massive year-on-year increase.
According to Totaltele, HTC didn’t give a specific reason for the massive growth surge, but it probably has something to do with all the HTC Windows Phone 7 handsets and the second-generation Desire Z and Desire HD.
HTC said it expects its gross profit margin for the three months ending December 31 to be between 29.5 percent and 30.5 percent. Its third-quarter gross profit margin was 30.2 percent.
Looks like it’s going to be a good Christmas in Taiwan for the HTC.
