HTC’s hotly anticipated Android smartphones, the Desire Z and HD, have been delayed until the end of October at the earliest.
The devices, which were due to be released on October 15 have apparently run into issues obtaining approval from Google.
The new additions to HTC’s Android stable look set to impress, but customers pre-ordering the devices have been told to expect delays as HTC rush to get the handsets rubber-stamped as good enough to wear the Google livery.
Realistic estimates indicate that customers could be waiting until well into November to get their hands on the devices, as retailers work to clear the inevitable backlogs.
Have patience though, people, as we predict that these two are definitely going to be worth the wait!
