Doctor Who and gadgetry go hand in hand - think the Tardis, K9 and Sonic Screwdrivers - so it makes sense for us to create an exclusive Doctor Who theme for the new Sony Ericsson K850i mobile phone.

We used the wonderful Sony Ericsson Themes Creator to put together our theme - and that's allowed us to do smart things like add transparency and backgrounds to a lot more than the standard menu and desktop screens.

We chose a classic mid-point of the 'new' Doctor Who series as our starting point - so we have David Tennant, Freema Agyeman (Martha Jones) and Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman).

There are also cameos from the Cyberman and the Doctor's old enemy - the Daleks. You'll even hear the classic 'Exterminate' alert ring out when you get a message - not wholly appropriate but, hey, who's complaining?
