The Sony Ericsson K800i has a built-in FM radio so you can listen to your favourite stations while travelling. You can save up to 20 frequencies as preset channels, which can by accessed with a single click.
To listen to the radio you must connect the hands-free earphones supplied with your phone, because these also work as the antenna.
To listen to the radio, first plug the earphone cable into the socket at the bottom of the phone. Then from the Menu screen select Entertainment (Figure 1) and then Radio (Figure 2).
To search for radio stations:
- When the radio is turned on press Search.
- Use the central navigation key to change frequency (Pressing Left or Right) (Figure 3).
- Pressing Up or Down on the navigation key will change between preset (or saved channels) (Figure 4).
To save radio stations, press the central navigation key or the 0-9 buttons to save a channel in positions one to 10 (Positions 11-20 are accessed and saved manually).
