We review PocketGuitar - a ukulele-like instrument for your iPhone
Published on Oct 12, 2009
PocketGuitar is all the fun of air guitar but with an iPhone. The best of both worlds surely?
PocketGuitar turns your shiny device into a mini guitar, allowing you to press and strum until you heart’s content. You also have a choice of six different types of guitar from acoustic to the ukelele.
Unless you’re a guitar-playing pro, you’re likely to spend quite a bit of time moving your fingers around pointlessly and not hearing any sound.
That may be because you’re strumming where you should be pressing and vice versa, but once you’ve worked that bit out, you’ll have lots and lots of fun.
With lots of different types of guitar and effects to choose from, it’ll be a while before you get bored from with this app.
Although we do warn you it might make friends and loved ones want to kill you as it is quite noisy. You have been warned.
