Dictionary.com launches on BlackBerry

Dictionary.com has become the first dictionary to launch free on BlackBerry App World.

Dictionary.com's free dictionary and thesaurus is the first free word app to appear on App World and can be downloaded through App World, direct from your BlackBerry.

The app includes more than 500,000 words, definitions and synonyms plus audio pronunciations, spelling suggestions and a Word of the Day feature for both English and Spanish.

The Dictionary.com app for BlackBerry can be accessed on your phone while writing an email or text messaging - a feature that is exclusively available on RIM's devices.

Dictionary.com can also be downloaded from the company's website or by texting BBAPP to 44636.
