Samsung Galaxy S4 in the works, but delayed due to screen issues

Samsung is working on its Galaxy S4 smartphone, but it seems the screen is causing headaches for mass production.
According to ever-spinning rumour mill DigiTimes, the Galaxy S4 is set to feature a 5-inch, 441ppi screen.
However, the company is struggling to produce screens with that resolution in-house, to a high volume.
Samsung has now turned to alternative screen tech manufacturer 3M, but it may have added a substantial delay before it can go on sale.
Samsung was due to launch the 5-inch monster at Mobile World Congress in February, but has now reportedly postponed the launch of the Galaxy S4 to a glitzy self-hosted launch at the beginning of May.
The Galaxy S3 was launched at Samsung's Unpacked event in May, making these rumours seem all the more likely.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is said to feature a quad-core ARM Cortex A15 CPU - the most powerful processor in a Samsung product so far.
