The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini may launch on October 11 - it's essentially a smaller version of your favourite phone of 2012
The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini could launch as early as next week, according to a source.
The Galaxy S3 Mini would be a smaller brother to the Galaxy S3, and as such, will feature a smaller screen, probably a dual core processor and budget features found on other Samsung Galaxy Mini devices, such as a lower resolution camera.
According to German site MobiFlip, Samsung is sending out invites with the strap line 'something small will be really big' and 'get ready for a little sensation'.
The event will take place on the evening of October 11 at the Samsung Mobile Store in Frankfurt.
Although there's no word on any kind of UK launch, we can assume it will arrive here as the Samsung Galaxy Mini and Galaxy Mini 2 are already in circulation.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 won our reader's phone choice of the year at the Know Your Mobile Awards in September.
