Also along the bottom, there's a Webmail app that allows you to access a number of different web-based emails quickly. These include Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and most other web-based email services. We found it quick and simple to set our Gmail account up, and although there's no such technology as push email, it's handy just to be able to access email without having to trawl through the internet.
The browser is basic, so don't expect any magic to happen. There's no flash support, images display badly and web pages are presented in almost plain text. We would say it's reminiscent of a two-year old browser. The one nice touch on the INQ's browser is that you can toggle between pages you've previously visited.
The INQ Mini 3G comes with the functionality to add web and access bookmarks from the homescreen too. It's handy if you want to access websites such as Know Your Mobile in its full glory, although the browser quality will impact on how readable websites are.
One of the most pleasing aspects of the INQ Mini 3G is its ability to merge all of your social networking contacts to the phonebook. If you have a Facebook account, each of your friends will be merged with their phonebook entry, allowing you to view their status updates straight from your phonebook. It's pretty similar to the Motorola DEXT's talents with MotoBLUR, but comes at a hugely lowered pricepoint.
The INQ Mini 3G is a great budget phone for those who spend most of their time on Twitter, Facebook or IM. There aren't any bells and whistles, but for a £60 phone, you wouldn't expect much more.
INQ Mini 3G info
Typical price: £59.99 on prepay
Pros:

Verdict: The INQ Mini 3G is a bargain phone with impressive social networking features. It's just a shame about the rest.
