Getting the most out of your N95's music player
Listen to music while on the go with the Nokia N95's music player
The Nokia N95 features a powerful music player ideal as a substitute to a MP3 player when you are out and about or just at home.
It can play music from the phone’s internal memory or from a miniSD card and can store up to 500 songs on its memory card. This means you can easily copy files across to the card using a card reader on your PC then pop it into the N95
To start the music player running press the Multimedia menu key to the right of the directional keys then choose Music player.
Or alternatively use the Nokia N95's second slider functions to access the Music players controls on the top of the phone. By accessing the top slider you will automatically be taken into the Multi media menu where you can access the Music players main menu.
You will then be presented with a list of options, these are:
- All songs
- Playlists
- Artists
- Albums
- Genres
- Composers
Choose which options you want and then choose a track/artist/album to listen to, once you have chosen you will be directed to the Music Player.
Once in the Music player your track with automatically start, you can pause, stop or skip tracks using the controls located at the bottom of the screen.
To add tracks to a playlist or shuffle tracks select Options, you will then be presented with the following list:
- Go to music menu
- Shuffle
- Repeat - All/Song
- Equaliser
- Start Visualisation - Where album art is available
- Audio Settings - Adjust the Balence or turn Stereo widening and loudness on/off
- Add to playlist - New/Saved
- Set as ringing tone
- Help
- Exit the music player
To change the volume of tracks playing use the volume rocker on the right edge of the Nokia N95. A box on screen shows how close to its 100 percent maximum the volume is.
When you have finished with the music player choose Exit with the right Selection key.
