Customise the Menu screen on the N70
Sandra Vogel
For instance you may want fast access to your Office folder than always having to click down to bring it into view
We show how you can reduce scrolling on your N70's Menu screen by moving the most-used icons so that they are always in view at the top
If you're sick of having to always scroll off the Menu screen to access a regularly-used feature on your N70 you can customise it so those icons are always visible straight away.
cFor instance you may want fast access to your Office folder than always having to click down to bring it into view. Well let's bring that folder into view:
- Bring up the Menu screen by pressing the Nokia Menu button to the left of the 1 and 4 keys
- Move down to highlight the icon you want to move - in this case Office
- Click on Options then select Move
- The menu screen will reappear and the icon that you want to move will be marked with green tick. Highlight the location where you want to move the folder to and click Select
- The icon will be relocated and the others will shuffle along to make room for it. Make sure that you haven't pushed something else you use often out of view!
