Manual settings for 02 users

If the Sky by Mobile application doesn't run correctly on your mobile, O2 users may need to tweak their internet settings to add a reference to an Access Point Network for their network provider.

• Go to Menu > Settings > Configuration > Personal config. settings
• Click Options, highlight Add New and click Select
• Scroll up to highlight Access point and click Select
• Highlight Account name, click Select, enter the name 'O2 Internet' and click OK
• Highlight Access point settings, click Select
• Data bearer should be set to Packet data. If not, highlight data Data bearer, click Select, choose Packet data and click Select
• Highlight Bearer settings, click Select
• Highlight Packet data access point and click Select. Change the entry 'internet' to mobile.o2.co.uk. Click OK.
• Highlight User name and click Select. Enter 'web' and click OK.
• Highlight Password and click Select. Enter the password 'password', click OK and re-enter 'password' to verify. Click OK
• Click Back three times to go back to the Personal accounts page
• Click Options, highlight Add new and click Select
• Highlight Web and click Select
• Highlight Account name and click Select. Enter the new account name 'O2 Web' and click OK
• Highlight User name and click Select. Enter the user name 'web' and click OK
• Highlight Password and click Select. Enter the password 'password', click OK and re-enter 'password' to verify. Click OK
• Click Back twice to return to the Configuration settings page. Highlight Default config. settings and click Select.
• Highlight Personal configuration and click Options. Highlight Set as default and click Select.
• Highlight Activ. default in all apps. and click Select
• Turn your phone off and on again and now run the Sky by Mobile application.
