Customise the Go to menu
The Go to menu puts your favourite functions, apps and web pages just a click away, and is very easy to customise
The Go to menu, usually accessed by clicking the left-hand blue selection key immediately beneath the phone's screen, gives rapid access to your favourite applications, settings and web pages. Your service provider may have preselected a few options for you, but it's very easy to edit to suit your own needs.
In Standby mode, click the left selection key to view the Go to menu. The menu items will appear on your screen. Click the left key again to select Options.
To add or remove items from the Go to menu, highlight Select options and click Select. All the possible menu items are listed. Those that are currently on your menu will be marked with a tick. To remove any items, scroll to highlight their names and click Unmark so that the tick disappears. Likewise, to add an item, highlight it and click Mark so a tick appears.
Some items, specifically Bookmarks and Applications, will be marked with a small folder icon. To select an individual web address or application within a folder, highlight the folder name and click Select. Available pages or applications can be added or removed by marking or unmarking, as above.
When you've made your changes, select Done using the right-hand blue selection key, and when prompted, Save changes by clicking Yes.
The Go to menu can be customised further by changing the order in which the items are listed, so the most frequently used options are at the top. To move an item up or down a menu, first display the Go to menu by clicking the left-hand selection key. Click the left key again to select Options, highlight Organise and click Select.
To move an item up or down a list, simply scroll to highlight the item, click Move and the highlight colour will change. Use the navigation button to move the item up or down, and when you're happy with its new position, click OK. When you've re-ordered the menu, select Done using the right-hand blue selection key, and when prompted, Save changes by clicking Yes.
