You should see ‘Bookmarks’ as the third item on screen. Use the navigation key to scroll down to this and press the middle Selection key. You will see the any bookmarks you have made listed. Scroll to the one you want and press the middle Selection key. The Web page will load.

Set some preferences
You can make a few preferences settings that can help you make the most of the screen size of the Nokia 5300 Xpress Music.
To get to the settings area make sure you have chosen Web from the Nokia main menu as described above. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Settings’ and press the middle Selection key. Now choose Appearance settings.
You can also get to these settings when you are viewing a Web page. Choose Options with the left select key then scroll down to Other options and choose that, then choose Appearance settings.
The settings available to you can be used in the following ways:
- Text wrapping. This will dictate whether text runs across the screen so that you need to scroll to view it all or whether it is forced to stay within the visible screen width
- Font size. Choosing between Small, Normal and Large fonts will dictate how much information you can see on screen at once
- Show Images. You can hide images on any page. This may help you see more text for some Web pages, but images can be very useful so you’ll need to weight up the pros and cons
- Alerts. You can get an alert if a Web page contains an unsecure item
- Character encoding. Leave this set to On
- Screen size. Dictates how much of the screen is used to display a Web page
- Java Script. You can enable or disable this
