Edge returns to App Store – as Edgy

Following being pulled off the App Store during the Langdell scandal, puzzler Edge has returned as Edgy

Mobigame’s Edge has made a welcome return to the App Store, re-named Edgy.
The excellent iPhone puzzler came under fire when the notorious Tim Langdell claimed it had infringed his copyright on the word ‘edge’, and was consequently pulled from the App Store.
You can read about the whole story over at Pocket Gamer, but suffice to say the general opinion is that Langdell’s claim is a spurious one, designed to squeeze licensing money out of anyone with a game that uses the word ‘edge’ anywhere in its title.
Either way, Edge – or Edgy as it’s now known – is an excellent puzzler that’s worth a spot on anyone’s home screen. It’s available now for £2.99.
