Star Wars has launched another attack on the App Store with Star Wars: Trench Run from THQ Wireless
Published on Nov 17, 2009
THQ Wireless has once again dipped a toe into the waters of its favourite gaming franchise with Star Wars: Trench Run.
It’s just one of many Star Wars products released on the App Store by the major publisher, but only the second one to be a game – following on from early iPhone success Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Star Wars: Trench Run lets you experience one of the most iconic scenes from the classic movie series first-hand, recreating the Death Star’s trench on your iPhone in 3D. However, considering this sounds like a quick pick up and play trip for Star Wars fans, Star Wars: Trench Run is still selling at a relatively high price, £2.99.
It certainly looks swish, but is there enough replayability to justify the price? We’ll find out soon, so stay tuned for the review.
