Pangea Software has released Enigmo 2, the follow-up to the smash hit puzzler Enigmo, now with a new dimension

Pangea Software has released a sequel to Enigmo, one of the puzzle genre’s early hits on the App Store. The original even won a place in our run-down of the Top 10 Puzzle games for iPhone.
Enigmo 2’s core dynamic is about getting water from one end of a level to the other using all sorts of reflecting and absorbent surfaces, except that there are also now plasma particles and lasers to guide through the level as well as water. The quicker you are, and the less water you waste, the more points you’ll get. Pangea’s president Brian Greenstone explains Enigmo 2 more fully in a video you can watch below.
The original was tricky enough, but now that the puzzles themselves have moved into three dimensions, we imagine Enigmo 2 will be even more of a brain-melting challenge.
Enigmo 2’s available to buy now for £1.79, and even has some features specifically for the iPhone 3GS, including a higher frame rate and improved visual effects, although it’ll run just fine on the bog-standard iPhone too. Check out our Top 10 Puzzle games feature here.
