Bulkypix's interactive iPhone horror movie Hysteria Project has been dropped to the golden price of 59p

The iPhone’s own interactive horror movie, Hysteria Project, has been price-dropped to the bargain-tastic 59p price point.

Made by Bulkypix, Hysteria Project is a video game in the most literal sense. A lot of your time is spent watching video, featuring real people. Your interaction consists of timed button press events and making decisions at crucial points in the story. Will you stay put or try and cut through the ropes binding your hands and feet?

Although games like this were fairly common in the earlier days of digital format gaming, with Space Ace and Dragon’s Lair being two of the most famous examples, Hysteria Project is really quite innovative within the iPhone scene.

You’d better make sure you’ve got enough space left on your iPhone though, as it weighs-in at a fairly hefty 115MB. We’ll be taking a look at Hysteria Project within the next few days to see if it falls into the same traps as other, often much-maligned, interactive movie games.

It’s going to be on sale for the next two weeks according to the game’s App Store page, so you’ve got plenty of time to sit tight for the review, if you’re not convinced enough by the price alone.
