Wolfenstein RPG coming soon to iPhone

Wolfenstein RPG was accidentally released in Japan for a few hours, so we expect it'll be properly released elsewhere soon

Wolfenstein RPG from EA mobile should be hitting the App Store soon, as revealed through a blunder by the Japanese App Store. The game was accidentally released early on the store, and although it was taken off within a few hours, Appbank snagged it and produced a video, which you can see below.

Looking to be a jazzed-up version of the mobile game, Wolfenstein RPG isn’t a free-flowing 3D game, but a turn-based tactical shooter where you can to plan your moves more carefully. The original Wolfenstein is already out anyway, if you’re after more visceral thrills.

Wolfenstein RPG does offer much-improved visuals though, with some detailed textures in evidence in the video below. It’s looking a lot better than the mobile version, making good use of the iPhone’s superior screen resolution. We expect Wolfenstein RPG will be available in the next week or so.
