Xbox 360 Hit Prey coming to iPhone

Screenshots of Prey for the iPhone have materialised on the internet.

Although Prey for iPhone looks similar to the BREW version we've seen floating around in video preview form for the past 18 months, the touchscreen interface is interesting, seemingly trying to recreate the dual analogue controls of the Xbox original using sliders at each end of the screen.

The other round buttons next to these movement sliders would appear to take on the duties that might be assigned to those on a console controller- changing weapons, firing and so on.

Developed by Machineworks Northwest and to be published by mobile veterans Hands-On, the visuals look impressive, with a level of detail in its textures not often seen in iphone games.

Part of Prey's original success was down to the fact that it was one of the first shooter titles to appear on the Xbox 360, but it was a solid, creepy title nevertheless. Interest aroused, we'll report on any more updates on this title as they pop up.
