Connect a Bluetooth device to the KG800

Why not connect a Bluetooth headset to your LG KG800 and listen to your music wirelessly

Connecting a Bluetooth headset to your phone involves setting the headset to “discoverable” mode; check the headset manual for how this is done, as it varies by type. You’ll also need to find the headset PIN code in it’s manual – this is usually 0000 or 1234, but again it varies.

From the Main Menu select Settings (Figure 1), then Connectivity (Figure 2), then go to the Chocolate’s Bluetooth menu (Figure 3) – shortcut menu 9,5,1 – then Handsfree devices (Figure 4). Press the search softkey (Figure 5), and your phone will look for all discoverable handsfrees (Figure 6). Choose the one that you want from the list that appears, and press “Pair”. You’ll be asked for the handsfree’s PIN code, then the pairing will be complete.

Once paired, you’ll find the headset under the “paired devices” menu – shortcut 9,5,1,2 - from where you can connect and disconnect it.
