Sending messages on your LG Prada phone

Sending messages on your LG Prada phone is not as simple as on normal phones due to its touch screen interface. The lack of a keyboard means that it takes a few extra steps in order to write and send a message.

To send a Text or Email message:

• From the Start up screen select the Main Menu icon
• Select Message (Figure 1)
  
• Then choose between a text/multimedia/email message (Figure 2)

You will then be presented with a touch screen keypad similar to a normal keypad (Figure 3). Type in your message and it will appear in the text box at the top of the screen. For additional features, such as adding a new word to your dictionary select the menu icon (Figure 4).

• Once your message is complete select Send
• You can then type in your contacts number or name if they feature in your address book (Figure 5) (or you can access all your contact by select the menu icon)
• Select OK
• You will then be presented with two tabs; one featuring the number your message will be sent to and another featuring your message.
• Then if your message details are complete select Send (Figure 6)
  

In the Messages menu you can also access your Voice Mail, Sent messages, Templates, Drafts and Settings (Figure 7)
