Where’s My Water? is a surprisingly complicated puzzle epic, offering a nice change of pace from other physics-based brain-teasers. Just don’t expect an easy ride

Alligators aren’t famed for their cleanliness. They tend to favour gloopy, stinking swamps to the muck-free environments we fussy humans inhabit. However, there’s always one exception that proves the rule, and in the case of Where’s My Water?, that's Swampy.

Swampy is a particularly clean reptile, and likes nothing more than taking a shower whenever he has a spare moment. The problem is, he lives deep beneath a city sewer system and getting fresh water is easier said than done. Predictably, this is where you come in.

Where’s My Water? is all about getting the titular H2O to our alligator protagonist. At the start of the game it’s merely a case of drawing a tunnel in the mud using your finger, and then letting the water flow. Gravity handles the rest of the work, and realistic physics ensures it reacts just as you’d imagine.

However, Where’s My Water? wouldn’t be much of a challenge if it remained easy. As the levels progress, more variables are thrown into the mix. Algae is one problem you’ll face; if it comes into contact with your beloved aqua, it starts to multiply until it blocks the route to Swampy’s water tank, forcing you to restart the level.
