iPhone 4G to have touch sensitive casing

The iPhone 4G's touch sensitive back will allow for gestural control that doesn't even use the touchscreen

The Apple Tablet is set to be the company’s next big product, but some very interesting rumours about the iPhone 4G have surfaced recently – the latest being its touch sensitive casing.
The technology has been compared to Apple’s Magic Mouse, the first multi-touch mouse ever made. Presumably the idea would be that you could use gestures on the back of the device, as well as its touchscreen, to give the iPhone commands.
Such a move would create a definite learning curve, not to mention risking even more dropped iPhone than now – and those screens do crack terrifyingly easily – but it’s a fascinating idea that would mark a bolder change than previous iterations.
