Orange has officially announced that the iPhone 3G and 3GS will be available on its network this year
Published on Sep 28, 2009
An official statement from Orange has revealed that the iPhone, in both its 3G and 3GS forms will be available in the UK this year.
Although there's been a lot of speculation about which networks Apple's superphone would become availble on after O2's exclusivity agreement ended, Orange has always been a frontrunner.
The iPhone is already available on Orange (owned by France Telecom) in 28 countries and territories around the world.
Although pricing and the official release date have not yet been announced, you can pre-register your interest at the Orange iPhone microsite.
