Samsung debuts super-slim i200 smartphone

Samsung has unveiled its i200 smartphone, a thinline Windows Mobile 6.1 device packing in 3G with HSDPA high-speed connectivity
Samsung has taken the wraps off its i200, a Windows Mobile 6.1-powered slimline smartphone.
The Samsung i200 is a candybar-style handset that's 11.8 mm thin but is equipped with 3G high speed HSDPA download technology, plus the latest version of Microsoft's smartphone operating system. A suite of Windows Mobile apps are embedded, including mobile versions of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
Aimed primarily at the business user, it supports Microsoft Direct Push Email plus HTML formatted email.
It has a 2.3-inch QVGA non-touchscreen display and includes a 2-megapixel camera plus a secondary forward facing video call camera. Some 25MB of internal memory is included, plus there's room for MicroSD card expansion.The Samsung i200 weighs in at 102.2g and its overall dimensions are 116.7(h) x 50.8 (w) x 11.8(d) mm.
It will be available from June 2008 exclusively from Orange and The Carphone Warehouse.
