T-Mobile lands HTC Desire and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10

T-Mobile has upped its Android-arsenal with the addition of the HTC Desire and the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10

T-Mobile has joined the Android revolution and secured the rights, alongside Vodafone, to sell the HTC Desire and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 smartphones.

According to the T-Mobile website, UK customers can now order the HTC Desire.

In addition to this, T-Mobile is reported to be selling the HTC Desire on a £10 per month contract - albeit with an initial down payment of £164, according to ITProPortal.

Both devices are packing some serious heat, featuring a 1GHz snapdragon processors and the Android 2.1 operating system.

The Xperia X10 also boasts a massive 4-inch capacitive touchscreen, an 8-megapixel camera, and Sony Ericsson’s Mediascape and Timescape apps to manage your content.

As we said, reports have confirmed that the HTC Desire is now available from free.

The Xperia X10 is expected to go live towards the end of March.
