The Nokia C6 has been unveiled online, and it looks very similar to an N97

What seems to be one of the first Nokia Cseries device has appeared online, under the nae C6.
The C6 does look very much like the N97 mini Lite. But nay, it is in fact destined for the Nokia C6 moniker, Tom's Guide reports.
The Nokia C6 is undeniably similar to the N97 series, but there are several differences. For starters, the trackpad that was featured on the original N97 but came up missing on the mini has made a valiant return here.
The slide mechanism has also changed, and now opts for a straight, flat-sliding top half instead of the tilting screen found on its N97 cousins.
We're all for the idea of budget smartphones and great-looking devices on the cheap, but there is one change here that seems to take a slight turn towards the negative.
The Nokia C6 will purportedly only bring 256MB of built-in storage - which would undoubtedly be supplemented by microSD expansion, but is still a ridiculous low figure. Hopefully this portion of the leaked specs will end up being inaccurate.
At the end of the day, the Nokia C6 won't be a flagship handset of course, and it should serve its purpose as an affordable low to mid-range smartphone just fine. No word of course on pricing or U.S. availability as of yet, but it should just be a matter of time.
