Phase2 Media has released Email ‘N Walk for iPhone, an app that lets you look at what’s in front of you while you write and read emails.

It may seem trivial, but if you’ve ever walked into a lamppost or trampled on an old lady while texting or emailing on the go, this application could save you a lot of embarrassment- and possibly legal fees too. We probably wouldn’t lay down any significant cash for an app like Email ‘N Walk, but thankfully it’s available for free.

It’s mercifully simple to use, using a bog standard text input look. The text box itself is translucent though, letting you see what your camera sees underneath your flowing prose. It’s an app that could save your life. Granted, it probably won’t, but let’s not liger on the technicalities. You can download Email ‘N Walk from the App Store.
