The E71i: Another upgraded Nokia E71 on the way?

Rumour has it that Nokia is cooking up another tweaked version of its incredibly popular E71 handset that's already seen an update in the form of the E71x.

The chatter was sparked by posts on Eldar Murtazin's Live Journal site and picked up by UnwiredView.com; according to the Russian source there will be few discernible differences between the E71 and the E71i.

The major distinguishers between devices is that the camera will feature 5-megapixels rather than 3.2 and that we will see a software update to Nokia Feature Pack 2 (FP2), which will please fans of the existing Finnish mobile.

Aside of that it will be more of the same, except that this time around you might be able to get your hands on a Mocha colour schemed version as shown in the mocked up image to the right.

We can't make our mind up about this one but if it's legit we expect to hear more about it September at Nokia World in Stuttgart.
