BlackBerry has announced a suite of Google apps specifically for business users

BlackBerry users who are frustrated at the lack of integration with Google Apps should pay close attention to the month of July, as Google plans to release software specifically for BlackBerry handsets.
Currently, corporate users combining their BlackBerry with Google Apps are restricted to the basic forms of the Gmail service, particularly its email and calendar facilities.
The new software, called Google Apps Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server, is designed to offer much tighter integration between device and software, with access to corporate contact information, calendar entries, emails and even Google Docs suite - for word processing, spreadsheets, forms and presentations.
Raju Gulabani, Project Management Director for Google Apps, said: "In terms of the features we're delivering, [it is] not just nice to have, it's pretty critical... Google wants to make it easier for companies to switch from their own email, contacts and calendar systems to the Google-hosted replacement."
