Maple expected to launch in April

According to online rumour the HTC Maple will be revealed officially at CTIA Wireless 09 in April

A UK-based tech site is reporting news from the Far East that the upcoming Qwerty-equipped HTC Maple is set to to be announced next month.
For those waiting for more information about the leaked Blackberry-a-like HTC device codenamed Maple, it seems we could find out more at what is rumoured to be the official unveiling during the CTIA Wireless 2009 trade fair which starts on the 1st April in Las Vegas.
We already gave you a sneak peek of the HTC device a few weeks ago but in case you missed it here are the highlights:
- QWERTY keyboard
- Windows Mobile OS
- 2-megapixel snapper
- Trackball navigation
- HTC's Inner Circle feature
According to Pocket-lint.com the rumours stem from “Far Eastern manufacturing sources” who pitch the unveiling as “likely” to be next month.
