Nokia has announced the 5730 XpressMusic device that features a sliding Qwerty keyboard as seen on the Nokia N97.
The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic features dedicated music keys and gaming keys for easy access, and it has been designed for people who want fun and to stay in touch with their friends.
The 5730 XpressMusic features a completely new interface thanks to an overhauled XpressMusic homescreen where you can access the Nokia MusicStore in two clicks, plus all your downloaded tracks in your library.
You can listen to music through stereo speakers or through your headset and sync the device up to your PC just by plugging it in via USB (iPhone and iTunes anyone?).
Jo Harlow at Nokia says that the Nokia 5730 XpressMusis has been designed 'really to chat and be in communication with your closest friends 24/7'.
You can put 20 of your favourite contactes on the homescreen so you can make a phonecall or send a text message directly from that screen and put their social networking sites right from the homescreen too.
With the 5730 XpressMusic you can quickly access your own social networking sites and interact with your friends.
The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic also features Google Maps and a 3.2-megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens.
The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic is slated to ship in the third quarter of 2009 and will hit shelves for around 280 euros (£260) SIM free.
