Acer has released details on the P835, its new touchscreen Windows Mobile handset

Acer has released details on its P835 touchscreen phone.
Originally named the "Galaxy 7", the Acer P835 is a 3.5-inch touchscreen device that also provides a trackball for quick scrolling and navigation. The screen features a WVGA (800x480) resolution, and the P835 has the ability to act as an internet access point, allowing up to 10 devices to share its HSPA or Wi-Fi connection.
It's quite a serious-looking device, with its austere leather-style trim below the screen. It's slightly thicker than some style-conscious touchscreen devices- the P835 is a couple of millimeters thicker than the iPhone for example- but it's still a slender design. A stylus slots into the back of the phone for more accurate touchscreen use.
The P835 comes with 4GB internal storage as standard, and features an SDHC-compatible microSD slot. Here's a run-down of the P835's features:
