It has been a busy week in the mobile world, thanks to Mobile World Congress 2009. We've come out of it with a whole host of video previews and exciting news about what's going to happen this year. Just in case you missed any of it, here's a run down of the top 10 news stories from Mobile World Congress 2009.
10. The release of the Nokia E75
The upper model of the two E-series handsets revealed at the show, the E75 promises to be one of the most popular business-orientated handsets of the year. We've got a video preview of this handset, so you can see its slide-out QWERTY keyboard in action.

9. Nokia N86 8GB released
Considering the massive popularity of the Nseries, it's a little surprising to see the N86 8GB so low on this list. Its headline-grabbing features are all to do with its camera. Its 8 megapixel rating wasn't the highest we saw in the show, but it's the first phone camera with variable aperture.

8. LG GD900 Transparent released
The release of the GD900 turned heads because a large part of the handset itself is transparent. With a keypad made of glass, we dread to think what would happen if you dropped it onto concrete, but it's a phone that's destined to draw the attention of anyone looking for a handset that's a little out of the ordinary.

7. Windows 6.5 for mobile devices
The arrival of the new Windows Mobile OS at MWC was perhaps predictable, but we weren't quite expecting them to drop the 'Mobile' bit from the title, leaving us to come up with some other name to call it. 6. HTC Touch Diamond2 and Touch Pro2 released
HTC revealed two Windows Mobile smartphones, both with large touchscreens. The Touch Pro2 features a slide-out QWERY keyboard that the Touch Diamond2 lacks, but they both sound like capable handsets. We've got video previews for both too. Here's one for the Pro2 and another for the Diamond2.

5. Sony Ericsson W995 released
Sony Ericsson's latest walkman phone, the W995, features an 8.1-megapixel camera and is the first phone to use the new Media Go software, designed to get all your media files working without a hitch. We've got a video preview up too.

4. LG Touch Watch Phone
The Touch Watch Phone is probably the most kitsch phone we looked at this year. It's got a 1.43-inch touchscreen and will allow 3G video calls, when it comes out towards the end of the year that is.

3. Samsung Omnia HD
The Omnia HD i8910 is the first handset to offer 720p video recording and decoding. It has got great multimedia capabilities too, with support for a wide variety of video codecs. Take a look for yourself with our video preview.

2. Sony Ericsson 12.1-megapixel Idou
Considering the megapixel count on the Idou, it's no surprise that this phone's so high up on our MWC 09 top 10 list. It won't be around until the second half of the year, but you can bet we'll be back with some photo samples once we get our hands on one. Catch our video preview here.

1. Samsung I7410 Projector phone
The top story from this year's Mobile World Congress was one that some may dismiss as a gimmick. The Samsung I7410 is a phone that has a micro projector built into it, based on the Texas Instruments DLP Pico chipset.
