LG has announced the KM330, a relatively budget music-focused phone
Published on Feb 10, 2009
LG has announced another handset ahead of MWC next week and this time it's the KM330's turn.
The LG KM330 is a Tri-Band candybar handset with media playback aspirations above its moderate price tag.
At only 2-inches the screen might not be ideal for video playback but the internal 90MB of storage is expandable up to 8GB by using a microSD card, meaning that there's plenty of room for a decent portable music collection.
We were pleased to see that the camera on the KM330 is 3-megapixels and has autofocus, but there is no mention of flash so no low level lighting shots for this snapper then.
The LG handset will come with the other usual features such as Bluetooth 2.0 and an FM radio too.
We're not sure exactly when the budget music phone will launch but according to info posted on MobileWhack.com the KM330 will be available SIM-free for a respectable €170 Euros whenever that day comes.
We'll let you know of release dates when we hear more.
