Sun Microsystems has developed a browser-based application that allows you to watch movies on the move.

The company's FoxBox launches in a mobile browser and using Java, you can view nine movie clips at a time.

When you roll over one of the clips, you can get a quick clip and audio. If you click on the clip, the movie will begin to play.

The player can also be moved onto your handset so you can watch moview directly from your handset.

The app will be available from early 2009 and will work on any Java-based handset.
