Nokia and Kodak team up to make megapixel monster?

Nokia and Kodak announce that they are to join forces and almost certainly produce a super-charged snapper

Published on Oct 28, 2008

After news in June 2008 that Kodak were teaming up with Motorola to produce a camera oriented mobile (the MOTOZINE ZN5) it comes as little surprise to hear that they are at it again. This time round they're teaming up with the Finnish giant, Nokia, to take on the 8-megapixel might of the LG and Samsung camps.

As part of this collaboration both companies have signed an agreement to share intellectual properties, though the royalties will be heading Kodak’s way once whatever they create hits the shelves.

We just hope that whatever they produce turns out better than the ill-fated Motorola ZN5.
