Orange announces the HTC Touch HD will be available exclusively on the network from November until early 2009

Orange has announced that the HTC Touch HD will be available exclusively on the network from the beginning of next month until early 2009.

The HTC Touch HD, that we reported on in September looks like it will be another smartphone hit for the maufacturer, with a 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen, 5-megapixel autofocus camera and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

However, there's still no word on whether the Touch HD will run on Android. Outlook? Not so good.
