BlackBerry 8900 Javelin spotted again
After the rumours of the BlackBerry Storm were proven to be correct, here comes another one from the Canadian manufacturer, the BlackBerry Javelin 8900 Curve
Following the enormous number of BlackBerry leaks recently, it seems the manufacturer has another handset in the pipeline. We got a sneak peek of the Javelin (8900 Curve) a couple of weeks ago, but now specs have appeared on T-Mobile's German site.
The BlackBerry Javelin was spotted on T-Mobile's website in Germany, and although there seem to be some missing features (including 3G/HSDPA), there does look to be some decent business-style features installed.
Wi-Fi makes an appearance, so at least there's one way to get on the Internet fast even if network data is only provided by GPRS and Edge.
There's a full Qwerty keyboard, a 65k colour, 480 x 360 pixel display plus GPS.
There aren't any details on the camera, but we've got our fingers crossed for the same 3-megapixel snapper as seen on the recently announced Storm.
In an attempt to power all these features effectively, RIM has upgraded the usual 1200mAh to 1400mAh which will hopefully gibve a boost to battery life.
Keep your eyes peeled for UK availability of the BlackBerry Javelin, which is most likely to be November.
